Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zanbooree. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

1) Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy seasons, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take [3–5 business days]. If anything changes, we’ll email you with an update.

2) Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

We do not ship to other countries at this time.
 

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
 

4) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical estimates:

  • U.S.: [2–7 business days]
    These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays (weather, holidays, peak season) can happen.

5) Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with household members and your local carrier first.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at zanboreeco@gmail.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier when applicable.
 

8) Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We’ll review and, if eligible, send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Zanbooree. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1) Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, and not damaged

  • Must include all parts/pieces that came with the product

  • Must be returned in the original packaging (or equally protective packaging)

2) Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and small-batch production reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

3) How to Start a Return

Email us at zanboreeco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short reason for the return

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first—unapproved returns may not be accepted.

4) Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time: typically 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/card provider).

6) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will either:

  • Send a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a refund if replacement isn’t possible

7) Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

8) Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within [X hours] of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped.
After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
